I can recommend these two books by Michelle Bridges. Lots of handy hints for healthy eating and also fitness tips and guidelines.

    I keep seeing her recipes in the Sunday Magazine and wondered what her books were like. Always looking for new, healthy ideas

    • Pam, Michelles recipes are very simple, quick to prepare healthy and tasty. I’ll post a couple on the blog soon as an example.
